Frequently Asked Questions
What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a powerful and time-tested method of healing that works by accessing the subconscious mind, the part of you that holds deep beliefs, patterns, and emotional responses.
In a relaxed, focused state (hypnosis), your mind becomes open and receptive to positive suggestion and inner transformation.
This allows us to gently reprogram limiting beliefs, release emotional blocks, shift patterns, and support lasting change in thoughts, behaviors, and overall well-being.
You remain aware, in control, and safe at all times.
How will hypnosis feel?
You already enter hypnotic states every day when you’re falling asleep, watching a movie, driving, or daydreaming.
Hypnosis simply guides you into that same relaxed, inward state with intention and purpose.
During a session, most people feel calm, deeply relaxed, and grounded, even while experiencing a heightened sense of inner awareness.
What can I expect during a session?
You can expect a calm, supportive environment where we briefly discuss your goals and then move into a guided hypnotherapy experience at a comfortable pace. You remain aware and in control throughout the session.
How long is a session?
Initial session: 90 minutes (intake plus first transformational work)
Follow-up sessions: 60 minutes
Packages are available for those committed to deeper work.
How are sessions held?
All sessions take place virtually, allowing you to work from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
