About This Space

I’ve decided to transition my blog content to my private website, where I also create video content and offer niche-specific services. I’ve always worked across two distinct practices, and keeping these spaces separate allows for clearer boundaries and more intentional sharing. I may post updates here, but my primary writing will continue elsewhere. You can also find some articles on outlets like Medium. Although narcissistic abuse will be referenced, especially the darker aspects of these connections, essays explore a wider spectrum, including discernment, self-trust, and navigating spiritual awakening without self-abandonment.
