  • I support clients who are healing from difficult or painful relationship experiences, including emotional trauma, betrayal, heartbreak, and long-term unhealthy dynamics. This can include recovery from narcissistic abuse, emotional manipulation, or relationships that left you feeling confused, depleted, or disconnected from yourself.

    Hypnotherapy can help gently address the emotional and nervous-system impact of these experiences, release stored stress from the body, and support the rebuilding of self-trust, emotional safety, and inner stability.
